To maintain a safe, highly collaborative, and professional environment for all corporate cohort seats and instructors, RESULTSWITHAI enforces a strict zero-tolerance Code of Conduct. By enrolling, purchasing a standard masterclass seat, or signing in, you agree to uphold these standards.
1. Professional Training Ethics
We believe that premium B2B learning is built upon integrity, respect, and collaborative trust. All cohort members and trainers are required to adhere to:
- Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery: All consulting services, training allocations, seat provisions, and operations strictly adhere to international B2B regulations. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, kickbacks, or any corrupt corporate behaviors. No special favors or seats may be exchanged for undue commercial leverage.
- Equal Opportunity & Respectful Communication: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive interactions based on gender, race, age, company rank, or background in cohort directories, live streams, or direct communications will result in immediate termination of portal privileges.
- Professional Representation: Participants must utilize their verified corporate identity (matching their professional corporate domain) to register and engage in peer discussions. Fake personas or unauthorized aliases are strictly prohibited.
2. Data Confidentiality & Peer NDA
Our masterclass cohorts involve professional case studies where participants frequently discuss practical operational struggles, workflows, and proprietary challenges.
Strict NDA Enforcement: Any corporate workflow details, internal structures, or company challenges disclosed by peer students during live sessions or group directories must be treated as **strictly confidential**. Disclosing peer company data or workflow parameters outside the masterclass is strictly prohibited.
3. Material Fair-Use & IP Compliance
All course content, handouts, templates, and video assets are copyrighted intellectual property:
- Cohort Licensing: Handouts, slides, spreadsheets, custom generative prompt stacks, and code templates delivered via our secure R2 streams are protected by intellectual property rights.
- No Public Distribution: Materials are licensed strictly for the internal professional use of the enrolled learner and their immediate department. Public distribution, commercial resale, or training duplication of RESULTSWITHAI assets is strictly prohibited.
4. Enforcement & Reporting
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be reviewed immediately. RESULTSWITHAI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate portal and cohort access for any individual or organization found violating these terms without a refund.
